NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 11, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. or thereafter, at the Liberty Township Administration Building, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township, Ohio 45011. The purpose of the hearing is to consider applications for appeals, variances, and/or conditional use approvals under Section 2.5, of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution described as follows: BZA24-004: Richard Konop is requesting a Variance under Section 4.10.3(1) and Table 4.10-A of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution for a reduced side yard setback from 15' minimum to 13' for a garage addition. The subject property is located at 5847 Roden Park Drive, Parcel ID# D2020-325.000-076. BZA23-005: William Schreiner is requesting a Variance under Section 4.12.4(1) and Table 4.12-A of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution for approval to locate an accessory structure in the side yard of the subject property. The subject property is located at 5815 Spencer Terrace, Parcel ID# D2020-317.000-006.
