NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Springfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 6:00 pm at the Springfield Township Office, 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road to hear the following cases: Case #BZA-2022-06 Property Owner/Applicant: Qendah Muayad, seeking a Conditional Use under Article 16, Section 1602 for a used car dealership at 3260 E. National Road; Case #BZA-2022-07 Property Owners/Applicants: William & Marilyn Whitt, seeking Variance to Article 29, Section 2904 D, to allow for a 1200 Sq. ft. pole barn on less than a one acre lot at 637 Wellington Dr.; Case #BZA-2022-08 Property Owners/Applicants: CD DG Hustead, LLC, seeking a Variance to Article 26, Section 2600.01 A, to allow for a lot with less than 150 ft. of frontage at 3822 Springfield-Xenia Rd.
