NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Springfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the Springfield Township Office, 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road to hear Case#BZA-2024-01, Jay Abbey, who is requesting a Variance from Article 26, Section 2600, to allow an attached garage with a 3 ft. side setback at 3071 Springfield-Jamestown Road and Case#BZA-2023-15, Jacob & Jennifer Hart, who are requesting a Variance from Article 29, Section 2904, D, to allow an accessory structure more than 1,600 sq. ft. and height in excess of 20 ft. on a lot greater than one acre but less than two acres at 661 Shrine Rd.
