NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Springfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the Springfield Township Office, 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road to hear Case #BZA-2024-03, Cassandra M Picklesimon, who is requesting a Variance from Article 29, Section 2901, D, to allow an above ground pool in the front/side yard and Article 30, Section 3008, A, to allow a 6 ft. fence instead of 3 ½ ft. fence in the front yard at 4022 Lower Valley Pike.
