- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS CASE #839 The Beavercreek Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a public hearing in the Community Room on the lower level of the Beavercreek Township Fire Station #61, located at 2195 Dayton Xenia Rd., on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is so the BZA may review and act on a variance request (Case #842) made by property owners Josh and Beth Fensel. The nature of the request is to seek a variance from the requirement that no building additions are to be built within any required side yard. The applicant is seeking a variance from the requirements of Article 18.05(1). In any residential district, no structure or appurtenances other than a fence shall be erected within a required side yard or front yard. The proposed addition will extend up to eight (8) feet into the required side yard of the property. The property is located at 1472 Red Barn Way in the unincorporated area of Beavercreek Township and is zoned PUD-R (Residential Planned Unit Development). The Greene County Parcel I.D. # is B03000200320009600. This notice was processed for publication by Associate Zoning Administrator Max McConnell in accordance with state requirements. The BZA action is the final determination on the request, unless otherwise appealed to the Court of Common Pleas.
