- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS CASE #874 The Beavercreek Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a public hearing in the Community Room on the lower level of the Beavercreek Township Fire Station #61, located at 2195 Dayton Xenia Rd., on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. Case #874: The purpose of the hearing is so the BZA may review and act on a request made by Regina Salter to construct an accessory structure that exceeds the size limit articulated in the Beavercreek Township Zoning Resolution, and which would also be a second accessory structure on the property. The 2.5-acre property is located at 1701 Trebein Rd. The Greene County Parcel I.D. Number is B03000200370004900.
