PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION CASE #811 The Beavercreek Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Community Room on the lower level of Fire Station #61, located at 2195 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45434 on Thursday, December 5, 2019, scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is so that the Commission may review and act upon a re-zoning application (Case #811) submitted by Chad Leopard on behalf of JARD Enterprises. The applicant wishes to re-zone a 7.336-acre parcel on Beaver Valley Rd. from A-1 Agriculture to Planned Unit Development Industrial (PUD-I). The proposal seeks to develop the parcel for a self-storage locker facility, convenience store/gas station, and small tool rental facility. The property is located at the southwest corner of New Germany-Trebein and Beaver Valley Roads in the unincorporated area of Beavercreek Township. The Greene County Parcel I.D. # is B03000200290004400. The Zoning Commission will make a recommendation to the Board of Township Trustees to approve, approve with modifications, or deny the proposed re-zoning. The Trustees will then conduct a public hearing at which a final decision will be made. A decision on a re-zoning petition is a Legislative Action.
