PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Board of Trustees of Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the Liberty Township Administration Office, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio, for the following cases described as follows: ZC22-018: Liberty Land Company, LLC is requesting a Zoning Map Amendment from R-RE (Residential Rural Estate) to R-PUD (Residential Planned Unit Development) for a 24.644-acre site and a Preliminary PUD Plan for a 60-lot single-family residential development. The subject property is located at 5914 Liberty-Fairfield Road, Parcel #D2010-007.000-006; Section 9, Town 2, Range 3, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio.
