The subject properties are located 7160 Kyles Station Road, 7166 Kyles Station Road & 7370 Kyles Station Road; Parcels #D2010-020.000-016, #D2010-020.000-008 & #D2010-016.000-020; Sections 16 & 22, Town 3, Range 3; Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio.
