Public Notice City of Kettering Public Hearing and Notice of Report Availability and Public Comment Period 2024 CDBG Program The City of Kettering will hold a public meeting on the 2024 Program Year Annual Action Plan. The meeting will be held on June 28, 2024 at 11:00am in the Deeds Conference Room at the Kettering Government Center. The Annual Action Plan is a strategy for the allocation of federal funds to meet community housing and development needs. The total allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Entitlement funds for the 2024 Program Year is $515,862. The following projects have been selected to be included in the 2024 Annual Action Plan of the City of Kettering to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development: Housing Rehabilitation Down Payment Assistance Public Services Economic Development Planning and Administration Acquisition and Demolition Property Description Voluntary Relocation It is the policy of the City of Kettering to make all public meetings accessible.
