The City of Moraine, Ohio, pursuant to O.R.C. 4928.20(C), will hold public hearings on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 6:00 pm & Thursday, April 13, 2023, at 6:00 pm at the City of Moraine Municipal Building, 4200 Dryden Road, Moraine, Ohio 45439 on the City's Electric Aggregation Plans of Operation and Governance. The City's Electric Aggregation Plans of Operation and Governance describes the policies and procedures by which the City will carry out its government aggregation programs, including those policies and procedures, which relate to rates and customer service.
