The Morgan Township Board of Zoning Appeals hereby gives notice that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals, at the Morgan Township Administrative Building, 3141 Chapel Road, Okeana, Ohio, May 16, 2024, at 7:00 pm in connection with an application for a Use Variance from Section 7.22 of the Morgan Township Zoning Regulations (V2019), asking to have a second dwelling, for a temporary length of time, on the property located at 7076 Schradin Road, Okeana, Morgan Township, Butler Co. OH. Parcel # G3210029000004. Section 7.22 One-family dwelling. No more than one dwelling shall be permitted on a single lot. Applicants Donald Turner and Tricia Quinlan are representatives of the Turner-Quinlan Farm LLC. The mailing address for the LLC: Turner Quinlan Farm LLC, 3746 California Rd, Okeana, OH 45053.
