NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OHDA SUNNY MHP LLC vs. BONNIE BOWDEN, GAIL BOWDEN, AND DAVID BOWDEN, et al Dayton Municipal Court Case No. 23 CVG 3937 Execution No. E2400159 In pursuance of an order issued from Dayton Municipal Court, Montgomery County, State of Ohio, made February 29, 2024, and to me directed, I will offer for sale at Public Auction in Courtroom 1A of Dayton Municipal Court, 301 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio on April 26, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. of said day, the following property, to wit: Manufactured home, which is further described as 1997 Duschess Ser.No. 10559D currently located at 5134 Sante Fe Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45414 and various personal items located inside the manufactured home. Said property has been appraised at $23,500 and cannot sell for less than two-thirds of appraisement and is sold subject to prior liens. The terms of Sale shall be Cash. The appraisal is based upon a visual inspection of the property to which access was readily available. The appraisers assume no responsibility for, and give no weight to, unknown legal matters, including, but not limited to, concealed or latent defects, and/or the presence of harmful or said chemicals, pollutants, or gases. Purchaser has no right to maintain the manufactured home in the mobile home park without the operator's consent.
