All attempts to serve Defendant Wilmas Voorhees at 934 Fairwinds Court, Apartment B, Lebanon, Ohio 45036, have been exhausted. These include multiple attempts at service from the Court, certified letters, and skip trace performed by Target Research which came up with the exact address we have been attempting to use.
