A, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Steven Drexler, Deceased, whose Identities and Address(es) are Unknown, will take notice that on February 13, 2024, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee of CSMC 2021-RPL4 Trust, C/O Nationstar Mortgage LLC, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2024 CV 00801, Montgomery County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Jillian Madrid, Luis Madrid And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Steven Drexler, Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Premises commonly known as: 1142 Holly Ave, Dayton, OH 45410 Parcel No.: R72 03802 0048 The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
