LEGAL NOTICE The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns, and their Spouses, if any, of Bad A Chamberlain and Unknown Spouse of Brad A Chamberlain, if any, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on March 29, 2024, the Plaintiff, PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, filed its Amended Complaint in Case No. 2024 CV 00291, in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 2100 Canary Ct, Dayton, OH 45414, Permanent Parcel No. E21-24311-0010,("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns, and their Spouses, if any, of Bad A Chamberlain and Unknown Spouse of Brad A Chamberlain, if any are required to answer the Plaintiff's Amended Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
