Wells, will take notice that the Plaintiff, Fifth Third Bank, National Association fka Fifth Third Bank, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Warren County, Ohio, with the above reference case number. The object of and demand for relief in the Complaint is to foreclose upon the Plaintiff's Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which the Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendants have or claim to have an interest: Situated in Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio and being part of section 14, town 4, range 2 M.R.S. and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a spike in the center line of Davis Road 657.13 feet East of the intersection of the center line of Davis Road and the West line of section 14; thence North 2 degrees 10 minutes East 520.6 feet to an iron rod and place of beginning; Thence by new division lines South 87 degrees JO minutes East (passing an iron rod at 200 feet) for a distance of215 feet to a point in the center of proposed Esther Drive; Thence with the center of said drive, North 2 degrees 10 minutes East 100 feet to a point; Thence North 87 degrees 10 minutes West (passing an iron rod at 15 feet) for a distance of215 feet to a point; Thence South 2 degrees 10 minutes West 100 feet to the place of beginning. Together with an easement for ingress and egress in and over proposed Esther Drive, which is a 30 foot wide street, the westerly line of which begins in the center line of Davis Road, 200 feet East of the West line of said 13.88 acre tract and the Easterly line of which begins in the center of Davis Road 230 feet east of the West line of said 13.88 acre tract and both of which lines are extended North 2 degrees 10 minutes east 720.6 feet. The above described tract being subject to easement for street purposes over the Westerly 15 feet of said tract as described in easement set forth above.
