Haag Aka Wilbur Francis Haag, deceased, address unknown; Defendant, Rebecca Hyden, 184 Par View Dr., Pataskala, OH 43062-8992 and 6880 Spinnaker Dr., Reynoldsburg, OH 43068-5051, unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Rebecca Hyden, unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Rebecca Hyden; Above-listed Defendants shall take notice: on MARCH 21, 2024 the Prosecuting Attorney of Montgomery County, Ohio, in the name of Plaintiff John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, filed a real estate tax foreclosure Complaint, Case No. 2024 BR 00023, in the Board of Revision of Montgomery County, 451 W. Third St., Dayton, OH 45402, (937) 496-6856. The Complaint alleges that delinquent real estate taxes stand charged against a certain real estate parcel, Permanent Parcel Number P70 00202 1186; that the parcel constitutes abandoned land per Ohio Revised Code §323.65 - §323.79; that the parcel will be transferred or conveyed to a political subdivision, land reutilization corporation, school district or eligible community development organization or sold at a public auction if not redeemed by owner or others; that the transfer, conveyance or sale will occur per R.C.§323.65 - §323.79, and that owner or others may redeem the parcel by paying Impositions against the land at any time before transfer or conveyance or confirmation of sale, per R.C. §323.65 - §323.79 et seq., or at any time before expiration of the alternative redemption period per R.C. §§323.65(J) and 323.78(A)-(C). The Office of the Montgomery County Clerk of Courts will maintain the official case file and case docket for this real estate tax foreclosure. All pleadings, petitions, documents and papers associated with this foreclosure and filed by an interested party shall be filed with the Clerk and will become part of the Board of Revision case file for this case. You are hereby notified that a final foreclosure hearing is now scheduled regarding this tax foreclosure lawsuit against said real estate parcel(s), per Ohio Revised Code §323.65 - §323.79.
