Legal Notice Good Ole' Pickers, whose last known address was 333 Linden Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45403, and Jeffrey D. Fleming, whose last known address was 452 Franklin Avenue, Xenia, Ohio 45385, present addresses unknown for both, will take notice that on the 17th day of March, 2023, Plaintiff, Nick Rettig, filed his Complaint for Damages against Defendants, Good Ole' Pickers and Jeffrey A. Fleming, Jr., in Nick Rettig, individually and as the parent and natural guardian of P.R., a minor vs. Good Ole' Pickers, et al., Case No.: 2023 CV 01365, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio, located at 41 North Perry Street, Dayton, OH 45422, requesting relief and money damages against each Defendant in excess of $25,000.00 as a result of personal injuries sustained by Plaintiff's minor son in a dog bite incident on August 6, 2021. Plaintiff Rettig subsequently filed an Amended Complaint against Good Ole' Pickers and Jeffrey D. Fleming on November 6, 2023. Defendants, Good Ole' Pickers and Jeffrey D.
