Legal Notice Jason Derry, whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Jason Derry and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Jason Derry, Unknown Spouse of Jason Derry, whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Jason Derry and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Jason Derry, will take notice that on the 8th of December, 2021, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2021 CV 4995, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Jason Derry. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. L53 02904 0065. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 24th day of September, 2022 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
