E, Dayton, OH 45426-2266, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of John Scearce and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of John Scearce, will take notice that on the 16th day of June, 2023, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2023 CV 3130, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against LaChey Randolph. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 16214 0021. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 29th day of April, 2024 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
