Martin, whose last known address cannot be ascertained and whose current address is unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on December 3, 2018, Union Savings Bank filed its Cross- Claim in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio in Case No. 2018 CV 02435, on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of Union Savings Bank's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate to wit: Property address: 249 Porter Drive, Englewood, OH 45322, Parcel No. M57 00508 0018, and being more particularly described in Union Savings Bank's mortgage recorded at Instrument No. 05-048271 of the Montgomery County Recorder's Office.
