Case Number 2023 CV 06297. Notice is hereby given to Defendant Taya Onysctschuk, last known address 1220 Patterson Road Apartment 4, Dayton, OH 45420, that on November 22, 2023, Plaintiff filed his complaint in the above-referenced Court and then, on December 4, 2023, Plaintiff filed an amended complaint in the same court, alleging among other things that on or around November 22, 2022; December 7, 2022; January 20, 2023; and April 4, 2023, Defendant knowingly made defamatory statements about Plaintiff. Plaintiff states that he suffered personal injuries and other damages as a direct and proximate result of Defendant Taya Onysctschuk's conduct. Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant Taya Onyschtschuk for compensatory damages in an amount exceeding one dollar ($1.00), plus punitive damages, expenses and costs, including attorney fees and further relief for which he may be entitled. Defendant Taya Onyschtschuk shall set up any defense to the Complaint or be forever barred and judgment shall be rendered by default.
