Legal Notice Santiago Quintuna Chaca, whose last known address was 3563 90th Street, Apt. C5, Jackson Heights, NY 11372-5867 and 31 Rockwood Avenue, Dayton, OH 45405-4421, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Santiago Quintuna Chaca and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Santiago Quintuna Chaca, will take notice that on the 4th day of October, 2023, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2023 CV 5280, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Santiago Quintuna Chaca. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 06607 0017. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 17th day of March, 2024 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
