Bowman, will take notice that on the 6 th DAY OF September, 2023, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2023 CV 4723, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Thomas E. Bowman aka Thomas E. Bowman, deceased. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. E21 17307 0172. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 1 st day of March, 2024 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
