LEGAL NOTICE To: Todd Little whose last known address is 2304 Lagonda Avenue, Springfield, Ohio 45503. A lawsuit has been filed against you in the Clark County, Ohio, Court of Common Pleas, Case No. 23CV0593 by Plaintiff, Shellah F. Broock, in the case styled Shellah F. Broock v. Auto Owners Insurance Company, et. al. The object of the complaint is to cause you to pay damages in an amount in excess of $25,000.00 to be proven at trial to Shellah F. Broock to compensate for her damages sustained as a result of a vehicle crash on September 5, 2021, in which you were driving a 2007 Honda Pilot and failed to maintain assured clear distance ahead and, consequently, crashed into a vehicle being driven by Shellah F.
