Mays, deceased, whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, That the heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of the Unknown Spouse of Irene M. Mays aka Irene M. Mays, deceased, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of the Unknown Spouse of Irene M. Mays aka Irene M. Mays, deceased current addresses cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained using Accurint, a national search database, Unknown Tenants, whose last known address was 2300 Hoover Avenue, Dayton, OH 45402-1525, present address unknown, will take notice that on the 1st March, 2024, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2024 CV 01322, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, And/or Representatives of Irene M. Mays aka Irene M. Mays, deceased, et al., Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 08107 0045. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 13th day of May, 2024 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
