Legal Notice Unknown of Thomas Atwood, whose last known address was address unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown of Thomas Atwood, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown of Thomas Atwood, will take notice that on the 23rd day of September, 2017, Russell M. Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 4313, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Unknown of Thomas Atwood. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
