Legal Notice Unknown Spouse of Alicia Payne, whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Alicia Payne and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Alicia Payne, Unknown Tenants, whose last known address was 100 Maplelawn Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45405, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Tenants and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Tenants, will take notice that on the 5th of December 2022, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2022 CV 5417, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Alicia Payne. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 11107 0028. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 21st day of April, 2023 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
