Justice, whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, Unknown Tenants, whose last known address was 215 West Circle Drive, West Carrollton, OH 45449-1110, present address unknown, will take notice that on the 23rd February 2024, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2024 CV 01137, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Billy R. Justice, et al., Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. K48 00115 0030. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 10th day of May, 2024 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
