Billingsley, Unknown Tenants, whose last known address was 3200 Philadelphia Drive Dayton, OH 45405-1338, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Tenants and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Tenants, will take notice that on the 27th day of December 2023, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2023 CV 6856, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against George A. Billingsley. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. E20 01106 0205. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 1st day of June, 2024 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
