Gates, Unknown Tenants, whose last known address was 67 Burlington Avenue, Dayton, OH 45403, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Tenants and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Tenants, will take notice that on the 29th day of December, 2021, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2021 CV 05256, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Glenn A. Gates AKA Glen Allen Gates, Sr., Deceased. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 04506 0001. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 17th day of March, 2024 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
