Melford Avenue, Dayton, OH 45405-1742, present address unknown, will take notice that on the 28th February 2024, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2024 CV 01246, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Kawana Jones aka Kawana Wood, et al., Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
