James, II, whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, Unknown Tenants, whose last known address was 836 Westwood Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45402-5341, present address unknown, will take notice that on the 21st March 2024, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2024 CV 1746, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Tracy D. James. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
