Legal Notice Unknown Tenants, whose last known address was 715 Ingram Street, Dayton, OH 45417-3548, present address unknown, will take notice that on the 6th March 2024, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2024 CV 01393, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Deutsche Bank National Trust, aka Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-2, et al., Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 13303 0024. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 10th day of May, 2024 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
