Legal Notice Unknown Tenants, whose last known address was 2035 Wesleyan Road, Dayton, OH 45406, present address unknown, will take notice that on the 29th February 2024, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2024 CV 01292, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Mac/Crescent No. 2, LLC, et al., Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 16215 0007 and R72 16215 0008. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 10th day of May, 2024 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
