On November 30, 2023, Edward Lovett, Fiduciary of the Estate of Virginia Caywood Amburgy also known as Virginia C. Amburgy, Montgomery County Probate Court Case Number 2022EST2294 ("Plaintiff") filed a Complaint in Foreclose ("Complaint") within the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio within Case Number 2023-CV-06425 entitled Edward Lovett, Fiduciary of the Estate of Virginia Caywood Amburgy vs. Harold G. Campbell et al., Plaintiff filed an Amended Complaint in Foreclosure on January 19, 2024 in the same matter ("Amended Complaint"). By virtue of a Court Order dated January 26, 2024 service of process of the Amended Complaint has been ordered to be made upon Harold G. Campbell by publication. The last known address for Harold G. Campbell is 832 Wimbledon Terrace, Richmond, Kentucky 40475. The object of the Plaintiff's Amended Complaint is to foreclose their certificate of judgment lien described below against the real estate owned by Harold G. Campbell which is located at 31 Hibberd Drive, Centerville, Ohio 45458, Montgomery County Parcel Number O67-22104-0006 and being specifically described within Exhibit 2 of the Amended Complaint ("Property") and force the Property to be sold at Sheriff Sale free and clear of any interest held by Harold G. Campbell and any other person holding an interest in the Property. Plaintiff's certificate of judgment encumbering the Property was first rendered against Harold G. Campbell in the amount of $74,413.15 on November 13, 2018 within Montgomery County Common Pleas Court at Certificate of Judgment number 2018CJ208148 and renewed on June 5, 2023 by the filing of Certificate of Judgment 2023CJ222335 within Montgomery County Common Pleas Court. For the reasons listed in detail in the Amended Complaint, Harold G. Campbell has an interest in the Property and is required to answer the Amended Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week for six consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on March 8, 2024. In the event that Harold G. Campbell fails to answer or respond as permitted by the Ohio Civil Rules within the time stated, a judgment by default will be rendered against them for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint. 2-23, 3-1, 3-8, 3-15, 3-22, 3-29/2024
