TO: Helena Colwell, whose address is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained; and to Tiana Colwell, whose address is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence by ascertained; and to the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Rex Daniel Phelps, Deceased, if any, all whose residences are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained. You will take notice that on the 2nd day of February, 2024, Andrea Gail Prewitt, Executor of the Estate of Rex Daniel Phelps, filed her Amended Complaint for Construction of Will by Fiduciary in the Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, Butler County, Ohio in Case No. PC23-09-0026A, on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of said Complaint is to determine the construction of the clauses of said Last Will and Testament of Rex Daniel Phelps, the true heirs of the residual estate, and as to her duties in the premises. The above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
