PE18-06-0542 Thomas Myers, whose last known address is unknown and whose whereabouts are unknown, will take notice that on 12th day of June, 2018, Plaintiffs filed their Classification form for Estates in the Probate Court of Butler County, Ohio in Case No. PE18-06-0542 on the docket of said Court, the object and prayer of which said Estate to an automobile accident that occurred on March 3, 2018. Thomas Myers is the brother of the decedent and may have an interest as a beneficiary in the wrongful death action that has been prosecuted by Tonya Myers, decedent's wife and the Administratrix of the Estate. A settlement has been proposed to the Court and a hearing is set for January 31, 2019 at 2:30pm.
