SHEPHERD, ERIC JAMES SHEPHERD, MICHAEL SHEPHERD, DIANA SHEPHERD, BRANDON SHEPHERD, and CAITLYN SHEPHERD, as heirs of GRACE SHEPHERD (Deceased), their heirs and assigns and all others claiming an interest, to quiet title to a parcel of land situated in the Township of Buchanan, County of Berrien, and State of Michigan, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: LEGAL DESCRIPTION Parcel Nos. 06-1180-0138-00-5P, 06-1180-0150-00-5, and 06-1180-0206-00-1P, being V/L Oak Street, and V/L Beech Street, Buchanan, MI 49107. Legal Description: Lot 21, Block 3 (Parcel No. 06-1180-0138-00-SP), Lots 33-43, Block 3 (Parcel No. 06-1180-0150-00-5), Lot 9, Block 5 (Parcel No. 06-1180- 0206-00-1P), all in "Clear Lake Woods," Section 29, Township 7 South, Range 18 West, Buchanan Township, Berrien County, Michigan, according to the Plat thereof, recorded November 10th, 1926, in Volume 7 of Plats, page 73, being in Buchanan Township, Berrien County, Michigan.
